2. Information we process
Depending on the services configured for a customer workspace, we may process account and workspace details, team-member information, WhatsApp Business account identifiers, customer contact details, messages and delivery status, WooCommerce order context, appointment information, submitted WhatsApp form fields, billing records, configuration and audit events.
3. Why we process information
We process information to connect and operate customer-authorised WhatsApp services, display and deliver conversations, support team collaboration, run configured notifications and automation, provide WooCommerce and appointment workflows, administer modules and billing, secure the platform, troubleshoot failures and comply with applicable requirements.
4. Customer responsibility
Each business customer is responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to communicate with its contacts and for configuring its use of Interweb Connect in accordance with WhatsApp, Meta and applicable privacy rules.
5. Data separation and access
Customer workspaces are tenant-scoped. Access is restricted according to user role, module entitlement and operational need. Platform administration is designed to limit exposure to sensitive customer content.
6. Service providers
Interweb Connect may use Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform services, Supabase infrastructure, hosting providers and other operational providers required to deliver the service. Information may be processed in locations where these providers operate.
7. Retention
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the contracted service, maintain operational and audit records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations or protect the platform. Retention may vary by record type and customer arrangement.
8. Security
We use measures including scoped credentials, server-side authorisation, tenant separation, encrypted secret storage, signed webhook validation, queue controls, audit logging and restricted administrative views. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Requests and deletion
Workspace owners may contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion of information, subject to identity verification, operational dependencies and legal retention obligations. Email [email protected].
