Terms of Service

Terms governing managed use of Interweb Connect.

Last updated: 26 July 2026

1. Service provider

Interweb Connect is provided by Interweb Technologies. These terms apply to managed onboarding, access and use of the Interweb Connect platform and enabled modules.

2. Managed service

Interweb Connect is currently offered through managed onboarding. Services, modules, limits, billing cycles, support and implementation scope are defined in the applicable proposal, order or written agreement.

3. Customer obligations

  • Provide accurate business and Meta/WhatsApp account information.
  • Use the service only for lawful, authorised business communications.
  • Follow Meta, WhatsApp, WooCommerce and applicable data-protection requirements.
  • Protect user credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
  • Obtain required customer consent and honour opt-out or deletion requests.

4. Platform access

Access is tenant-scoped and role-based. Interweb Technologies may suspend access where payment is overdue, security is at risk, required approvals are withdrawn, use violates policy or continued operation could harm customers, third parties or the platform.

5. Third-party platforms

Interweb Connect depends on third-party services including Meta/WhatsApp, hosting, database and commerce providers. Their availability, policies, eligibility decisions, rate limits and service changes are outside our direct control.

6. Automation

Customers are responsible for reviewing configured automation and customer-facing messages. Human handoff controls reduce automation risk but do not remove the need for business supervision and testing.

7. Fees and modules

Fees are based on the agreed service package, billing period and enabled modules. Disabling a module may remove access to related functionality while preserving data according to the service arrangement and retention policy.

8. Availability and support

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Shared-hosting, network, provider and Meta-controlled events may affect delivery or recovery time. Any specific service level must be agreed in writing.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Interweb Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profit, third-party platform decisions, unauthorised customer use or content configured by the customer. Any direct liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period unless a written agreement states otherwise.

10. Termination

Either party may end the service according to the applicable agreement. Following termination, access may be disabled and data handled according to legal, operational and agreed retention requirements.
